Conditions
We operate under clear terms and conditions:
- On-site installation, materials and the final equipment are managed by the distributor or contractor.
- In-person customer support and local technical support are also the responsibility of the distributor, except in cases that can be resolved remotely by holaWifi.
- The distributor is responsible for invoicing the end customer. holaWifi charges a fixed monthly fee for each customer or tariff package taken out.
