Due to legal requirements, only the contract in Spanish will be valid, but don't worry, at holaWifi we will help you by providing you with an English translation, so that you can find out everything (document exempt from legal validity).

Temporary Leave


holaWifi offers the possibility of temporary cancellations after the first year of service and will only be billed for the time that the customer has the service active, provided that the activation period is 90 days or more per year.

Reconnections must be for a minimum period of one month. To apply, you must notify us of the reconnection date together with the disconnection date at least one week prior to each activation period.
