1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION The company Newchance radio S.L.U, with fiscal address at C/Manuel Catala Chana, nº17 7º A Benidorm, Alicante, CP: 03503 and with CIF B54802863, organises for promotional purposes this draw to be carried out through Facebook.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE The Promotion will start on Monday 02/05/2022 at 12:00 and will end on Monday 16/05/2022 at 12:00.. Only participations made within this period on our social networks will be counted as effective, both in our social networks as well as in our social networks. FACEBOOK as INSTAGRAM (holaWifi, holaVivienda) . HolaWifi reserves the right to postpone or extend the competition period in case of force majeure as well as the right to interpret the following legal terms and conditions.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION The requirements for participation are as follows: - Those persons residing in Spain and over 18 years of age will be eligible to participate. - Only participants who have a real active profile on Facebook will be able to participate, rejecting fraudulent profiles as well as those of people who are experts in competitions. The personal data used by participants must be truthful. - Employees of the company and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

HolaWifi reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, should any cause arise that prevents it from being carried to a successful conclusion or in order to improve its progress.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES There will be one winner who will get as a prize from a smart watch Mi Watch Lite. The winner will be chosen by random draw from among all the participants who have fulfilled the required conditions, and will be announced the day after the draw is completed. The winner should contact holaWifi within the 14 days following the holding of the draw. The winner must provide full name, ID card number, telephone number, mailing address and postal address for the shipment of the prize and administrative procedures for the product warranty. The prize will be sent within 15 days of contact with the winner.
5.- LIMITATIONS If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion. The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.
6.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of holaWifi and which affects the normal running of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition, including the entry website.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this competition being included in a file owned by holaWifi to process the participation in the competition and to communicate the prize in the event that he/she is the Winner.
8.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Denia will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
