Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our installers' schedules, making appointments and ensuring that all scheduled appointments are kept.
Responsibilities
Manage the agenda of our installers
Ensuring that all scheduled appointments are met
Identifying business opportunities and closing sales with potential customers
Maintain a close relationship with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to ensure continuity
Requirements
Previous experience in sales and customer service
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments
High capacity for resolution and organisation of work
Knowledge of CRM tools and diary management software
High level of English
