Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our installers' schedules, making appointments and ensuring that all scheduled appointments are kept.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the agenda of our installers
  • Ensuring that all scheduled appointments are met
  • Identifying business opportunities and closing sales with potential customers
  • Maintain a close relationship with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure continuity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments
  • High capacity for resolution and organisation of work
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and diary management software
  • High level of English
