Job description

We are looking for an organised and proactive person to manage a small telecommunications equipment warehouse. You will be in charge of the supply and management of the necessary material, mainly ubiquiti brand antennas, for our installers.  

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse management and stock control
  • Purchase of the material, ensuring the best offers on the market. 
  • Service and supply of equipment to installers. 
  • Coordination with our portfolio of distributors and search for new suppliers to optimise costs and availability.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse management and purchasing (experience in the telecommunications sector desirable).

  • Knowledge of networking and telecommunications products (especially Ubiquiti, valuable). 

  • Negotiation and sourcing skills.

  • Organised person with the ability to work as part of a team.

Who are we?

TelTower, a holaGrup company, is in the process of expansion and is looking for a Technician with knowledge of FM and/or WiMax transmitters for the maintenance and repair of its transmitter centres. The objective is to guarantee the continuity of the service and to collaborate with a team of experts in the field of broadcasting and telecommunications. 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in FM transmitters and/or WiMax equipment.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of existing emitting centres. 
  • Check and replace electronic components using measuring equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to optimise processes and ensure transmission quality.   

Requirements

  • Technical or university training in Electronics, Telecommunications or related areas.

  • Knowledge of analogue circuits, radio frequency fundamentals and telecommunication networks. 

  • Previous experience in the repair and maintenance of radio communication equipment (FM, WiMax or similar) is an asset.

  • Technical problem solving and teamwork skills.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Support Technician who combines strong technical skills with excellent interpersonal skills, offering quick and effective solutions to both the external client and the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and resolution of network incidents.

  • Diagnosis and repair of technical faults.

  • Telephone attention for the reception, follow-up and resolution of incidents reported by customers.

  • Technical support to installers, resellers and other internal departments.

  • Management of support mail within your assigned timetable.

  • Execution of specific tasks as detailed in the individual plan.

  • Respond to and manage customer queries, providing quick and effective solutions.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and status in our database.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

  • Promote a professional image of the company, meeting service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Networking and connectivity: Solid experience in diagnosing, configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.

  • Wireless communications: Familiarity with data transmission technologies and remote connectivity.

  • Hardware and software: Ability to manage, diagnose and troubleshoot network failures. Previous knowledge and experience with Mikrotik and Ubiquiti brands is an asset.

  • Incident management and monitoring: Proficiency in specialised tools to monitor infrastructures and proactively resolve incidents.
