Job description
We are looking for a HR Technician for our group of companies. If you have experience in human resources management, recruitment or development, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Manage selection and onboarding processes for different areas of the company.
- Collaborate in the implementation of Bizneo and ATS.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, facilitating internal communication and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate in the planning and implementation of organisational improvement programmes.
- Contribute to initiatives to optimise processes and improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology or similar.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources department.
- Communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Organisation, proactivity and results orientation.
