We are looking for an Operations and Business Management Consultant specialising in the telecommunications sector to help us optimise our organisational structure and improve efficiency in all processes.   • Analyse and optimise internal customer service, technical support, administration and sales processes with technological tools.
  • Propose an action plan with timeline and monitor results.

  • Training the team and redistributing roles according to business needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business optimisation, strategic management or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of ERP tools and KPI management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multidisciplinary projects.
  • Previous experience in companies in the technology or telecommunications sector will be a plus.

We are looking for a creative and pro-active person for our position of  SEO/SEM positioning specialist to optimise online campaigns and strategies and to make our brand more visible and stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-Page and Off-Page) to improve search engine rankings.
  • Plan, implement and optimise SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Social Ads.
  • Perform SEO audits, keyword analysis and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency in marketing strategies.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and search algorithm updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar.
  • PPC (pay per click) campaign optimisation skills.

We are looking for an organised and proactive person to manage a small telecommunications equipment warehouse. You will be in charge of the supply and management of the necessary material, mainly ubiquiti brand antennas, for our installers.  

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse management and stock control
  • Purchase of the material, ensuring the best offers on the market. 
  • Service and supply of equipment to installers. 
  • Coordination with our portfolio of distributors and search for new suppliers to optimise costs and availability.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse management and purchasing (experience in the telecommunications sector desirable).

  • Knowledge of networking and telecommunications products (especially Ubiquiti, valuable). 

  • Negotiation and sourcing skills.

TelTower, a holaGrup company, is in the process of expansion and is looking for a Technician with knowledge of FM and/or WiMax transmitters for the maintenance and repair of its transmitter centres. The objective is to guarantee the continuity of the service and to collaborate with a team of experts in the field of broadcasting and telecommunications. 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in FM transmitters and/or WiMax equipment.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of existing emitting centres. 
  • Check and replace electronic components using measuring equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to optimise processes and ensure transmission quality.   

Requirements

  • Technical or university training in Electronics, Telecommunications or related areas.

  • Knowledge of analogue circuits, radio frequency fundamentals and telecommunication networks. 

  • Previous experience in the repair and maintenance of radio communication equipment (FM, WiMax or similar) is an asset.

  • Technical problem solving and teamwork skills.
