Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to join our team as Public Relations (PR). Your main objective will be to build, maintain and strengthen our media presence in the community. If you have experience in the sector and consider yourself an excellent communicator, we are looking for you!  

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the presence, reputation and communication of our broadcasters.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives.  
  • Strengthen and maintain the connection between our media, customers and partners to enhance the public image of the brand.
  • Analyse the group's communication actions in order to optimise their impact. 
  • Manage crisis situations and mitigate negative impacts on the company's reputation.
  • Come up with innovative ideas to capture the attention of the public and the media.  

Requirements

  • Previous experience in public relations or communications and knowledge of the industry. 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Ability to think strategically and propose creative solutions.

  • Proactivity and assertiveness.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Job description

We are looking for an organised and proactive person for our management secretarial position to improve the management workflow, organise appointments and follow up meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Agenda management, coordinating and prioritising appointments and meetings for both
    face-to-face, by telephone or videoconference.
  • Be the support line, receiving incoming calls and passing the message to the management.
  • Monitoring and updating of tasks, reporting their status to management.
  • Manage office cleaning materials and supplies.
  • Collaboration in the planning and execution of corporate events.

Requirements

  • Academic training related to the field of administration, secretarial or related fields.

  • Native or fluent level of Spanish.

  • Good level of oral and written expression.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Experience in the use of CRM, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Competence in management and planning tools (Excel, Trello and Notion).
  • Valuable: AI courses or virtual assistant course specialised in CRM management and knowledge of English.

Job description

We are looking for a creative and proactive person for our Community Manager position to build, generate and strengthen the network presence of the different profiles of the group.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and publication of attractive content for different groups on different platforms.

  • Video editing adapted to the needs and characteristics of each social network.

  • Monitoring and management of comments and messages, encouraging engagement and positive interaction.

  • Design and creation of graphics at social media level.
  • Copywriting: writing persuasive and creative texts for publications, advertisements and other digital content.

Requirements

  • Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or similar.

  • Knowledge of spoken and written Valencian.

  • Solid knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Capcut.

  • Experience in the use of social media management tools, such as Meticool.
  • Proficiency in management tools such as Excel, Trello, Notion or similar.
  • Valuable: courses in social media, digital marketing, design tools, measurement, planning, etc.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Support Technician who combines strong technical skills with excellent interpersonal skills, offering quick and effective solutions to both the external client and the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and resolution of network incidents.

  • Diagnosis and repair of technical faults.

  • Telephone attention for the reception, follow-up and resolution of incidents reported by customers.

  • Technical support to installers, resellers and other internal departments.

  • Management of support mail within your assigned timetable.

  • Execution of specific tasks as detailed in the individual plan.

  • Respond to and manage customer queries, providing quick and effective solutions.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and status in our database.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

  • Promote a professional image of the company, meeting service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Networking and connectivity: Solid experience in diagnosing, configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.

  • Wireless communications: Familiarity with data transmission technologies and remote connectivity.

  • Hardware and software: Ability to manage, diagnose and troubleshoot network failures. Previous knowledge and experience with Mikrotik and Ubiquiti brands is an asset.

  • Incident management and monitoring: Proficiency in specialised tools to monitor infrastructures and proactively resolve incidents.
