Job description

Estamos buscando una persona creativa y proactiva para nuestro puesto de Community Manager para construir, generar y fortalecer la presencia en redes de los diferentes perfiles del grupo.

Responsibilities

  • Creación y publicación de contenido atractivo para los diferentes grupos en las diferentes plataformas.

  • Edición de vídeos adaptados a las necesidades y características de cada red social.

  • Supervisión y gestión de los comentarios y mensajes, fomentando el engagement y la interacción positiva.

  • Diseño y creación de gráficos a nivel de redes sociales.
  • Copywriting: redactar textos persuasivos y creativos para publicaciones, anuncios y otros contenidos digitales.

Requirements

  • Grado en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, Marketing Digital, o similares.

  • Conocimiento de valenciano a nivel hablado y escrito.

  • Sólidos conocimientos en herramientas de diseño como Canva y Capcut.

  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de redes sociales, como Meticool.
  • Competencia en herramientas de gestión como Excel, Trello, Notion o similares.
  • Valorable: cursos de social media, marketing digital, herramientas de diseño, de medición, planificación, etc.

holaWifi is a telecommunications company specialising in providing high-speed wireless internet, mobile telephony and other related services. Our main objective is to provide quality connectivity in areas where other providers do not reach, using advanced technologies such as FibraAir LTU, which allows speeds of up to 1500 Mbps.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Support Technician who combines strong technical skills with excellent interpersonal skills, offering quick and effective solutions to both the external client and the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and resolution of network incidents.

  • Diagnosis and repair of technical faults.

  • Telephone attention for the reception, follow-up and resolution of incidents reported by customers.

  • Technical support to installers, resellers and other internal departments.

  • Management of support mail within your assigned timetable.

  • Execution of specific tasks as detailed in the individual plan.

  • Respond to and manage customer queries, providing quick and effective solutions.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and status in our database.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

  • Promote a professional image of the company, meeting service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Networking and connectivity: Solid experience in diagnosing, configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.

  • Wireless communications: Familiarity with data transmission technologies and remote connectivity.

  • Hardware and software: Ability to manage, diagnose and troubleshoot network failures. Previous knowledge and experience with Mikrotik and Ubiquiti brands is an asset.

  • Incident management and monitoring: Proficiency in specialised tools to monitor infrastructures and proactively resolve incidents.
