1. User Information

Responsible for the processing of personal data
HOLAWIFI COMERCIALIZADORA, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as the RESPONSIBLE) has created profiles in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+.
The CONTROLLER processes the personal data of the users in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?

  • Manage requests and queries.

  • To report on activities, news and events organised by Holawifi.

  • Communicate products or services related to our social networks.

  • Interact directly with users through official profiles.

Legal basis for processing

Treatment is based on the user consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
By following our profiles, you consent to the processing of the data that you have made public in your profile.

Users can configure at any time the privacy of your profile in each social network.

2. Data Retention

The data will be retained as long as the user does not revoke his consent.

3. Communication of Data

  • Information shared on our social networks may be publicly visible.

  • The user controls which data he/she wants to make public from the settings of each social network.

  • No data will be disclosed to third parties outside the social network, except authorised service providers contracted under confidentiality agreements.

4. User Rights

Users may exercise their rights to:

  • Access, rectification, portability and deletion of data.

  • Limitation of or objection to processing.

  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.

  • File a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5. Use of Social Media Profile

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY may:

  • Access public profile information.

  • Publish content on user profiles.

  • Send direct messages related to your activity.

  • Share updates and news.

The user can at any time configure his or her privacy, delete connections or restrict who he or she shares information with.

6. User Publications

  • The user may post comments, links, images and other multimedia content.

  • Only content for which the user has copyright or legal permissions.

  • Publications that violate morals, ethics, intellectual property or the law are prohibited.

 The RESPONSIBLE PARTY may remove any publication that breaches these rules.

7. Data on Minors or Persons with Special Needs

  • Access to our social networks is prohibited for children under 14 years of age.

  • In the case of users with special abilities, the authorisation of parents, guardians or legal representatives is required.

  • The RESPONSIBLE DOES NOT knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor provides them, they will be deleted immediately.
